FORT Cancer Charity Founded in 1992 as Friends of Oncology and Radiotherapy Trust, FORT Cancer Charity is registered with the Charity Commissioners.

The Trustees of FORT Cancer Charity regret that after over 20 years dedicated to supporting those within our community whose lives have been touched by Cancer the trustees have taken the decision to close.  In doing so we wish to thank the many people who have given of their time to support the charity and the patients of The Portsmouth NHS Trust. We also wish to thank those who supported our projects financially.

Over £2 million worth of equipment has been purchased.  The charity has also provided complimentary therapies and counselling throughout our community and provide respite accomodation offering patients and families a welcome break from the everyday stresses of coping with cancer.
